The Torontonians are back and the stakes are higher than ever. It's Dare Night: Lockdown--this time we're doing it all night long. And by all night, we mean all night. Experience the most frightening, eerie event of your summer: endure Sleepover, The Astral Project, Blood Ball, Pus Pizza, Choke Threat, Poop Your Pants and Old Women Shooting Guns. Bring your sleeping gear. When the horror is over, those who survive will go to Dufferin Grove Park for a cookout breakfast and a basketball challenge. Do you have the 'gongdoh' to make it through the night?

Highlights of the Night:
Pizza Dinner: Scary Pizza Dinner where the PIZZA EATS YOU!
Ghost Stories: Not your regular campfire ghost stories. Bleeding ones.
Double Dog Scary Dares: You know the drill. Pick a dare out of a bleeding hat and do it.. if you dare.
The Astral Project: A sleep-along-seminar that will teach you how to have an out-of-body experience. We will leave our bodies and, if all goes well, travel to North Korea and, if not, Rob Ford’s shower.
Mourning Weiner Feast: Just like it sounds.

Dare Night: Lockdown is part of the SummerWorks Live Art Series and is supported by the Ontario Ministry of Culture and Tourism (Cultural Strategic Investment Fund), the Gladstone Hotel, the Hal Jackman Foundation, the Metcalf Foundation and donors from across Canada who supported The Producers of Parkdale. Mammalian and The Torontonians would also like to thank the Gladstone Hotel staff and all the Toronto-based professionals who generously donated their time and expertise to the project: Naomi Campbell, Lisa Duke, Nathan Isberg, Mathew Kensett, Chris Lorway, Harold Mah, Sarah Robayo-Sheridan, Julian Sleath and Yan Wu.

The Torontonians are a Toronto-wide performance collective, soon to include the whole world. They create performance, walk around England, give lectures, shoot videos, dance on the street, start fights with drunk guys, take pics, scour the internet, check cell phones, sing songs, take the TTC, ride bmx, wear pajamas in restaurants and vomit in airports.
